CEO / Founder
With over 20 years in medical device innovation, he combines technical expertise with human-centered leadership. Passionate about advancing outcomes for surgeons and patients, he has led global teams to launch over 30 devices worldwide and earned multiple “Best Development Team” awards.
Jocelyn Long
CCO
A medical device leader with 15 years of experience in innovation, operations, and compliance. She has led teams to develop new technologies and strengthen quality systems worldwide. As Chief Compliance Officer, she drives SmartSurgN’s growth with integrity and collaboration.
